ComputerVision Industries & Infotainment, LLC ("we," "us," or "our") operates Versionary ("the Platform"), an AI-powered video versioning service available at app.versionary.ai.
Account Information: When you sign in with Google, we receive your name, email address, and profile picture from your Google account.
Video Content: Videos and delivery matrices you upload for processing. These are stored temporarily during processing and deleted after export.
Google Drive Access: If you use the Google Drive integration, we request read-only access to files you explicitly select through the Google Picker. We do not access other files in your Drive.
Usage Data: We collect basic analytics about how you use the Platform, including pages visited and features used.
We use your information to: provide and maintain the Platform, process your video files, authenticate your identity, improve our services, and communicate with you about your account.
We use the following third-party services: Google Cloud Platform (authentication, video intelligence, storage), TwelveLabs (video analysis), Stripe (payment processing), and Anthropic Claude (AI assistant). Each service has its own privacy policy governing their use of data.
Uploaded videos are stored temporarily during processing and automatically deleted within 24 hours of export. Account information is retained as long as your account is active.
We implement industry-standard security measures including encrypted data transmission (HTTPS/TLS), secure cloud infrastructure, and access controls.
You have the right to: access the personal data we hold about you, request deletion of your account and associated data, revoke Google Drive access at any time through your Google Account settings, and request a copy of your data.
Versionary is not intended for use by individuals under 18 years of age.
