These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of Versionary ("the Platform"), operated by ComputerVision Industries & Infotainment, LLC ("we," "us," or "our"). By accessing or using Versionary at app.versionary.ai, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
By creating an account or using the Platform, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and agree to comply with these Terms.
Versionary is an AI-powered video versioning platform that automates the creation of multiple deliverables from master video files, including smart reframing, format conversion, overlay compositing, and batch export.
You must sign in using a valid Google account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and for all activities under your account.
You retain all ownership rights to the video content you upload. By uploading content, you grant us a limited license to process, transform, and store your content solely for the purpose of providing the Platform's services. We do not claim ownership of your content.
You may not: upload content that infringes on intellectual property rights, upload unlawful or harmful content, attempt unauthorized access to the Platform, or use the Platform for illegal purposes.
We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The Platform is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Platform.
We may suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these Terms. You may delete your account at any time by contacting us.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Platform constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas.
